Return Policy
Eligibility for Returns:
- Returns are accepted only for items that are damaged, defective, or wrongly delivered.
- Exchange requests must be submitted within 3 days of delivery.
Conditions for Exchange:
- Items must be unused, unwashed, and returned in their original condition with tags intact.
- An unpacking video is mandatory for exchange requests related to damages, defects, or missing items. The video must be continuous, with no edits or cuts.
Non-Returnable Items:
- Products that have been used or washed.
- Items returned without an unpacking video as proof for damaged or missing claims.
Reverse Pickup
- We will arrange a reverse pickup. The customer must hand over the parcel on the scheduled date.
- Failing to return the parcel on the mentioned date will require the customer to manually return the item at their own cost.
Refund Policy
No Refunds Provided:
- We do not offer cash refunds, bank refunds, or refunds in any other form for any product.
- Only an exchange will be provided if the conditions of the Exchange Policy are met.
Important Notes
- Items returned must pass a quality check, including:
- Product being in unused and unwashed condition.
- Tags being intact and no odors present.
- The Exchange process may take 7–10 business days from the date of return approval.
